Binding Agreement

By accessing the 8mbete platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or participating in any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Changes to Terms

8mbete reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version shall be the authoritative and governing version. Translations provided for convenience only do not override the English text.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the 8mbete platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 8mbete reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 8mbete platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or otherwise linked accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. 8mbete reserves the right to close all related accounts and to forfeit any associated balances and bonuses if duplicate accounts are detected.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 8mbete will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

Identity Verification (KYC)

8mbete may at any time request that you complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) by providing copies of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of your payment method. You agree to cooperate fully with any such request. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by 8mbete may be restricted or closed, and pending withdrawals may be held pending verification.

Accepted Payment Methods

8mbete accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to players in Bangladesh:

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your 8mbete account within five to fifteen minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours and may take up to one business day. 8mbete is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or banking institution.

Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever operationally possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within one to three hours during BST business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days. 8mbete reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally entitled to use for gambling purposes. You must not use stolen, borrowed, or illegally obtained funds. 8mbete reserves the right to investigate the source of any funds deposited and to freeze or return funds where their origin cannot be satisfactorily established.

Chargebacks and Reversals

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in respect of any legitimate 8mbete transaction constitutes a breach of these Terms. Any winnings or bonuses accumulated during the period in question will be immediately forfeited, and the account will be closed pending full recovery of the charged-back amount.

Bonus Eligibility

Promotional bonuses offered by 8mbete are available to eligible registered players only. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonuses are available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. 8mbete reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution percentages, and expiry dates will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms at the time of opt-in. Failure to meet wagering requirements before expiry will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Bonus Abuse

8mbete employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses via multiple accounts, placing low-risk or mathematically hedged wagers designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine game risk, colluding with other players, or any other behaviour that 8mbete determines is intended to exploit promotional offers rather than engage with the platform in good faith. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be closed.

Seasonal and Special Promotions

8mbete may offer time-limited seasonal promotions aligned with events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day, Independence Day, the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) cricket season, and the T20 World Cup. These promotions are governed by their own specific terms, which will be published at the time the promotion is launched and which supplement (but do not replace) these Terms.

Game Integrity

All casino games available on the 8mbete platform — including slots from providers such as Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming; live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi; crash games including Aviator by Spribe; and card games including Callbreak — are operated using independently certified random number generation (RNG) systems or provably fair algorithms. 8mbete does not manipulate outcomes. Results are final once confirmed by the game system.

Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are governed by the specific rules published for each market type. In the event of a dispute over a sports betting outcome, the decision of 8mbete's trading team shall be final and binding. Markets may be voided in the event of match abandonment, postponement beyond the declared settlement period, or other exceptional circumstances.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game round or sports bet, 8mbete reserves the right to void the affected round(s) or bet(s) and return stakes to the player's account balance. No compensation will be paid in respect of winnings that would have been generated had the malfunction not occurred.

Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the 8mbete platform and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any game or betting market.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to generate unintended winnings.
• Any form of money laundering or use of 8mbete for illegal financial transactions.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing 8mbete staff or other players.

Player Welfare

8mbete is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options to all registered players. Self-Exclusion

Any player may request permanent or temporary self-exclusion from the 8mbete platform at any time. Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 8mbete account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon verification of your identity, 8mbete will process the closure and return any remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and withdrawal processing times. Bonus balances that have not met their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

Closure by 8mbete

8mbete reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false registration information, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct, or failure to complete identity verification. Where an account is closed for breach of Terms, associated balances and bonuses may be forfeited.

Platform Availability

8mbete provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and events outside our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. 8mbete will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of platform downtime.

Gambling Losses

You acknowledge that online gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss. 8mbete is not liable for gambling losses incurred during normal use of the platform. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
